Keswick Theatre management is dedicated to providing an exciting and memorable guest experience while ensuring the safety and security of all Guests. The following policies set forth certain rules for attending any Keswick Theatre event. These policies apply to all guests. Guests who violate any of the policies will be escorted by security out of the theatre. Additionally, Keswick Theatre management reserves the right to suspend ticket privileges for guests who do not comply with these event policies.

Accessibility/ ADA

If you are in need of accessible seating, or arrangement, you may purchase through the box office Wednesday-Saturday, noon-5pm, or online at any time.
We will provide sign language interpreters for guests with a hearing impairment. We require two weeks notice.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) are available for guests with a hearing impairment.
Service animals are welcome in the venue as appropriate.
The Keswick Theatre does not provide wheelchair escorts. Please see the House Manager, or Assistant House Manager for further assistance.

Aisles & seating walkways must be kept clear at all times.

Alcohol, Bar Service & Concessions

The Keswick Theatre and its food & beverage concessionaires follow the PA State Liquor guidelines.
The Keswick Theatre has 2 full service bars with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages & pre-packaged snacks. Please note no outside food & beverage is allowed in the venue at any time.

Bags

Bags larger than 14” square are prohibited from the venue. Please leave large and unessential items at home, or in your vehicle.

Child Admissions

Unless the show has a specific age limit, children are welcome. Children over the age of 24 months will require a ticket. Non-ticketed children are the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.
No strollers, car seats, etc are allowed.

We are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable customer experience. Please act in a courteous manner to ensure a pleasant experience for you and those around you. Guests should immediately bring any issues to a venue staff member.

Door Opening

Doors to the venue typically open 1 hour prior to the event time noted on your ticket.

Emergencies / Evacuations

In case of an emergency, guests must comply with instructions from venue staff regarding theatre operations and emergency response procedures.

Entry Inspections

The Keswick Theatre uses walk-through metal detectors for all events. Guests should allow extra time for entry in the venue.
To speed the security screening process please remove keys, cell phones, cameras and any other large metal objects from your pockets. (Coins and wallets can be left in pockets.)
Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags and equipment bags are prohibited.
Alternative accommodations for screening will be provided to those who need it.
Guests who refuse screening will be denied entry.
Guests who are denied entry will not be refunded.

Lost and Found

The Keswick Theatre management assumes no responsibility for items lost, or left behind at events. We will retain items for 30 days, after that each item will be donated. To check if your item has been found, please call the box office at 215-572-7650 x 312 during regular box office hours Wednesday-Saturday, Noon-5pm.

No Re-entry

The Keswick Theatre has a NO RE-ENTRY Policy.

Photo Policy

In support of a live entertainment dynamic, we recommend a NO DEVICE atmosphere (ie., No photo, video or audio recording). On some occasions, the Artist may deem it allowable.

- Weapons of any kind including pointed objects and pocket knives.

Restrooms

Restroom facilities are on the Mezzanine level. We have 1 restroom available on the first floor. Unless there is a valid need for accompaniment, our bathrooms are intended for single person occupancy.

Smoking Policy

The Keswick Theatre is a non-smoking venue. No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the venue at any time.
